Know what to expect.
How long does an engagement last?
We agree the initial term, notice period and review points together. A specialist can support a defined initiative or become part of a longer-term delivery team. Availability and commercial terms are confirmed before you commit.
How is pricing structured?
Pricing reflects the role, experience, location, working-hour overlap and engagement model. We provide a written proposal with rates, scope and any agreed extras. Project delivery is priced against an agreed scope and milestones.
Who manages the specialists?
With staff augmentation, you own priorities, daily direction and acceptance of work. With a dedicated team, we agree delivery leadership together. For project delivery, responsibilities and acceptance criteria are defined in the statement of work.
How do you handle security?
We agree confidentiality, access controls, data handling and any client-specific requirements before onboarding. Specialists use your approved tools and least-privilege access. Any required compliance evidence must be verified for the particular engagement.
What if a specialist is not the right fit?
Raise the issue with your engagement contact. We review expectations and feedback, agree a corrective plan, and discuss a replacement if needed. Replacement timing and commercial terms are set out in your agreement.
Can specialists work in our time zone?
Working-hour overlap is part of the brief. We source globally, including Europe and Pakistan, and discuss realistic schedules for teams in Scandinavia, Europe, the United Kingdom and North America before presenting a match.
What does onboarding involve?
We agree a named owner, access checklist, first priorities and communication rhythm. Your team provides the product context and working environment; we help coordinate a clear start and early check-ins.
Who owns the intellectual property?
Ownership, assignment and permitted use of pre-existing materials are explicitly agreed in the contract. We work to align delivery with your ownership requirements; the signed agreement governs each engagement.
Can we scale the team up or down?
Yes, subject to specialist availability and the notice periods in your agreement. Regular capacity reviews help plan additions, transitions and knowledge transfer without unnecessary disruption.
