Before we begin.
How long does an engagement last?
We agree the initial term, notice period and review points together. A specialist can support a defined initiative or become part of a longer-term delivery team. Availability and commercial terms are confirmed before you commit.
Who manages the specialists?
With staff augmentation, you own priorities, daily direction and acceptance of work. With a dedicated team, we agree delivery leadership together. For project delivery, responsibilities and acceptance criteria are defined in the statement of work.
Can we scale the team up or down?
Yes, subject to specialist availability and the notice periods in your agreement. Regular capacity reviews help plan additions, transitions and knowledge transfer without unnecessary disruption.
